VTG Beautiful Handblown FUME Glass Vessel Pendant Tunic Necklace

Okay, how to describe this? The vessel is a vintage piece (pre 2000) that my husband purchased before we were married 17 years ago. I cannot remember the artisans name he purchased it from, but he did say he/she was well known in the glasswork society at that time, possibly still, I don't know. It originally came with a leather cord, which did not suit the pendant, so I designed a new one, which is what you see. I believe the vessel is hand blown fume glass, or borosilicate glass, or both as I am not sure how they are made. It is well crafted, and has a good weight to it, with a removable cork top. Really a beautiful piece, and unfortunately due to the nature of this glass it was kind of difficult to photograph, and show just how lovely it is. It is translucent, and the beads I added to the hemp chain are also handcrafted translucent glass, and carved bone.

Measurements: the necklace is approximately 27 inches long not including vessel, and it will reach mid chest.
