I originally created & crafted amulets such as these for my grandchildren, especially the little one who suffers nightmares. They have turned into a living thing in our lives, in that it brings a focus onto the light, and dispels away the darkness. It is a symbol of our way, of a natural more connected way to nature and the things that we believe. For those of a like mind I have created these.

The amulet is crafted out of hand-cut maple wood, hand-burned with the 7-point star of the Faerie Way. Maple trees symbolize balance, offering, practical magic, promise, longevity, generosity, and intelligence. The amulet was then hand-painted & detailed, with the beadwork done on flaxen threads, and this particular amulet has a purple banded fluorite focal. It measures 8 inches long. Beautiful in a window, in a vehicle, or hanging on the wall. These amulets take quite a long time to craft in that I have to be in a certain 'mindset' to work on them, so they have truly been thoughtfully created & blessed.
