The HUNTRESS Artisan Crafted PHEASANT Feather Quill Dip Pen

This is a subtle, and beautiful quill, of which I have spared no detail in its design or crafting.

Handcrafted out of 2 ringneck pheasant tail feathers, with soft natural colored rare breed turkey feathering & fluff. I was going for something a bit more masculine, but with a feminine flair, and I believe I found it in this design. It is so much more striking in person, not only the size of the quill, a full 18 inches, but in the natural highlights and colors. There are no beaded accents, just the understated & very lovely vintage brass and blue abalone focals. Wrapped in soft deerskin leather, and crosshatched in gold flax. It is finished on both sides. It reminded me of the woodlands & forests, and the nature there in around my home. It does have a brass ferrule which will allow the inter-change of nibs (writing points).

This is an exclusive Studio on the Pond Design, and is of course one-of-a-kind.

This pen comes tissue wrapped, and complete with my artisan studio certificate of authenticity.
