Handcrafted out of a single, very lovely, Fuschia shaded antique millinery quill, with domestic feather & ostrich plume accents, and delicate golden scrollwork hand painted upon the main feather. About the quill used in the making of this pen: It has been crafted from a RARE Non-Typical Vintage Turkey Millinery Quill (I believe I have the only stock remaining in the country, purchased over 15 years ago), & these beautiful feathers are over 100 years old. Due to age, storage techniques of the time, and the dyes used to produce the colours pictured, which caused bleeding along the feathering as well as fading. This produced some very unique & beautiful OOAK shades making each and every one special. I hope you enjoy!

The unique gemstone & vintage focals are beautiful, and comprise of a vintage crystal lily flower with 3 golden watery leaves, with a shimmery golden base focal. The quill is finished on both sides.

The pens writing shaft is wrapped in lovely pinkish fuschia ribbon, with a woolen base wrap, and silver ferrule. This pen measures 12 inches long without the nib inserted.

This is an exclusive Studio on the Pond Design, and is of course one-of-a-kind.

This pen comes tissue wrapped, and complete with my artisan studio certificate of authenticity.
